A place to share ideas regarding the User Experience of the City.

The academic understanding of cities is rapidly evolving - new findings are constantly appearing which help to paint a better picture of what the City is and what makes it great. Applied urban planning, however, is a slow moving field. Professionals should be challenged to adapt to changing conditions and new theories of how cities function. Likewise, academics must be reminded of the pragmatic issues that are faced by practicing planners and designers. I wanted a place to share my thoughts on all things related to urbanism with the above in mind, so I created this website/blog!
